R&R Events will work with you to make your ideas become reality. We will help you seamlessly through each step. R&R will work hand-in-hand with you to design the wedding of your dreams. Wedding services include full-service event management, where you don’t have to worry about a single detail, to day of coordination. A la carte options are available if you only want help with a few details.
EVENTS
Are you looking for someone to manage all those details for your engagement, bridal, birthday, or baby shower? Well, R&R Events is here to help! We are here to assist with your celebrations managing the details from a faint idea to the end of your evening.
OUR PROCESS
1) INQUIRE WITH US. Fill out our “Connect” form and let us know what you currently know about your wedding date. Don’t have a date yet…that’s okay.
2) DISCOVERY CALL. We schedule a 1 hour discovery call to hear more about you, your fiancé, and what you envision for your special day.
3) BOOK US. Sign our contract and pay your 25% retainer. It’s really that simple.
4) LET’S PLAN. We work around your schedule for all meets and vendor bookings. This is the fun part. No detail is too small and we want to make sure we touch on all the important highlights for your wedding day.
5) LET’S PARTY!! We execute, run, and organize your special moment, day, or weekend. You relax and enjoy every second.
